Information about visits

On weekends and holidays the filling line is stopped for staff rest. The tour of the production plant includes the complete presentation of this section, with the support of audiovisual media. 

Our facilities are adapted for access by people with reduced mobility.

Although we love them, pets are not allowed.

Access for minors to the guided tour

Minors occupy a capacity space during visiting hours. It is mandatory to consult prior to booking withexperience43@zamoracompany.com about the conditions of assistance with children. Minors must remain constantly under the supervision of an adult. They will only be allowed access to the Premium Visit.

Cancellation policy

The amount of the visits purchased will not be refunded. However, the user has the possibility of using their tickets within 6 months from the date of the visit. You must contact the visitor center to communicate the cancellation and request another available date.
